Of course the part of shift-clicking and extracting gives all the sound effects in the list. Also "SOUNDS_ARC-0000000032" and "SOUNDS_ARC-0000000033" are for the bigger graffiti sounds (the ones with the full circle commands). Starting from file "SOUNDS_ARC-0000000024" to "SOUNDS_ARC-0000000029" are the sound effects (the beat noises) that play when using graffiti.
